[F]Vanguard quest "Suppression"

Hello,

 

I’ve just noticed that the Vanguard quest “Suppression” (rank 5) was not validating correctly or the wording is incorrect.

 

The quest requires you to “Destroy at least 3 ships of a single player”.

 

The way I understand it is that, during a single battle, I must destroy or assist in the destruction of a ship, piloted by the same enemy player, and this three times.

 

I did so, and this was validated by the fact I received a medal “Hello again!”, which requires you to “Destroy 3 ships of the same enemy without loosing your ship”, but still the quest didn’t validate.

 

This lead me to believe that the quest is either bugged or not explained correctly. (Could be I have to destroy three “different” ships from the same player, meaning this quest is nigh impossible unless you play realistic and it would still be extremely complicated)

are you sure you dont mean “destroy 3 enemy ships with the same ship”. ?

Well since I did destroy 3 times the ship of the same player without loosing mine, I obviously did it with the same ship, so even if that was part of a hidden requirement, I fulfilled it.

Same if the quest requires you to do so without loosing your ship, it was fulfilled and yet not enough.

After reading the detailed description of the contract again, I’ve probably figured out why it doesn’t validate, you need to kill ships from either empire or jericho…
