[F]Unable to connect to server

Hello there

 

I’ve installed the game.
When i push “login” the client shows a error message: Unable to connect to server

Win seven 64bit Home Prem.
Windows firewall OFF.
Client reinstalled 2 times.

First of, welcome in the Space of Star Conflict.

 

 

Your launcher should create a .txt file located in your game folder “.launcher_log” can you attach it in your post? This way we know why you cant connect to the server downloading the game.

Yes indeend but we still need some more info. Can you add the game logs from one logintry. The logs are located on My Documents/My Games/Star Conflict/logs. I need the “game.log”

why the server is not available half of the day ?

I also can’t connect and it has nothing to do with my name not being correct. Possibly same problem as crepuscolo. :014j:  Tried turning off the firewall, not the problem.
