As seen in the picture above, I thought I was done with the download, but since tha bar nearly reached the end, I have now 0 kb/s download speed and that number beside the speed is rising.
Is it possible that is has to do something with my ISP blocking p2p network - ports etc.? He does that because it’s a university network. I only need a confirmation unless someone knows exactly what’s happening.
The additional question about this English-Russian thingy is a bonus.

My Documents/My Games/Star Conflict/logs): there are no logs, because the game wasn’t installed yet so I wasn’t able to run it

I have same problem with downloading up’s. Sometimes i must download updates 10-20 times bc this stupid launcher breaking the action or have exception error in analyzing files. Always same story - Not enough access rights to perform this operation. When i struggle 1-2 hours with this crap and finally download update, accept rights in login window game work normal. I had this problem since 7.5 version. I think that launcher have bug with access right for downloading or game server have some block’s on ports. Please dont spam with funny “please use the bug report pattern here” bc its sound like - if you are idiot use bug report link, maybe in next month we will work on this problem. I know it that is beta but i think some ppl work on wrong places there. Tell me why this game dont have manual patches? After updates downloading always work like drunk guy. Capacity of link work between 1 kb/s and 1 mb/s. Nobody can tell me that is my connection problem. Maybe stop work on in-game options and do something with stability of technical game side.
