Just played (and won) the T2 Dreadnought scenario with only this ship and I received 96 reputation, that includes the empire faction bonus. If I mix it with other ships it still gains a much smaller share. This doesn’t happen in all games, just most of them. I haven’t noticed any pattern to why it sometimes works as it should.
I haven’t noticed this with any other ship I’ve played.
You need to fly ships equal to your faction rank. Missions are not for reputation grinding, they are mostly for credits.
Just tried it with a T1 ship and you are right. For some reason I thought the Templar type S was the only one affected.
Might as well delete this since is not a bug. Maybe the fact that it sometimes does get normal rep is.
Another small unrelated bug. One of my interceptors was still alive with 0 hull the other day. Unfortunately I didn’t take a screenshot
