I just downloaded the launcher and I can’t play. It just sits there displaying “preparing to download” and below that it displays “Network Limited”. I’ve left it for over two hours, with no change.
Is this a common problem? If so, how do I fix it?

did you check if your firewall is blocking the launcher?
It’s not blocked by my firewall, and i’m running it as an administrator,
This mostly appears when the firewall or the router is blocking the game, I will try to get more information about that.
Try to run the con tester for Star Conflict. You can find it in the Star Conflict files.
It will test the required ports and writes them into a log. Pls post it here then.
i have the same problems but my network is ok but i wait for 2 hours and still nothing happen .

The thing is, I don’t have the files. All I have is the launcher files.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Try to download it again or run check files, that may work.
I’ve re-installed the launcher. It still won’t download the game files. It just says

Can you check if you have the connection tester in your game folder?

You haven’t mentioned if you’ve forwarded the ports in your router yet.

Hi, i am having a problem. While the game is downloading the last update my AntiVirus detect this one “Win32/Heur” and it says that it is located at: c:\Program Files (x86)\Star Conflict\game.exe.
Should i Turn off my AntiVirus while i upgrade/download and install the game? I mean is it safe?

Yeah, this is a false positive - it is safe.
