[F]Raptor-M Bonus - No Modules Usable

Hello!

 

This may just be something I’ve missed, but I can’t find info on it anywhere if so.

 

The Raptor-M states that it gets bonuses to Engineering modules (Reloading Rate and Energy Consumption reduced by 20%).  But none of the engineering modules are equippable–there are no engineering modules that I could find available for that tier.

 

Now perhaps there is a way to unlock some–but I don’t see any via research/faction trees.  Am I missing something or is this an oversight?

Only a few modules are available on T1. Higher Techs will unlock more Modules. T3 has full axcess to all modules.
