Since some players experienceing this problem at random times we need to collect a bit more info.
Anyone who has issues with a Squad and is stilll requireing a license, please leave a post here.
What infos do we need exactly?
The game.log of the session where the bug appeared. We need the game.logs of all players.
The names of the players that had this bug
Have you tried to form a 4 player Squad or a 3 player Squad?
The Time and Date the issue appeared. Time is already logged into the game.log but we need your Time zone to match it with ther Server logs. e.g. GMT +1
Does one of the players once purchased a licence, except the start licence?
Does any of the players use Steam to play Star Conflict? Happend this Issue while the game was launched via Steam?
My corp has never been able to squad with 3 or 4 players somtimes all steam uses some times non steam and somtime mixed steam and non steam. I can post times and game logs but I am not sure witch ones would help the most as it would be every game we play . I will get my corp to organize a steam squad a non steam squad and a mixed sqaud and post the results tonight including license states to see if we can find the bug.
Since reproduction of this bug is sometimes very difficult, it is good to have some more players trying to figure it out. If you or your corp members upload the logs, it would be great to rename them. Please give them the name of the player as well as the date. This way we have a very good overview about how often this happens and how many players having this issue.
Is it not possible to simulate the bugs at your office? make for new steam accounts, download star conflict and try to join as a 3/4 man squad? you can create game logs with that bu all day then.
