Just dl’ed and installed, clicked on “play” in the launcher, (started both normal and with admin rights) and get a error message with the code above immediately, every time. Maybe RAM is the problem, as i have 32 gigs installed.
System is
i5 3470
32 Gig Ram
GTX 660 Ti
EDIT: FOUND THE PROBLEM ALREADY 
I install games into ramdisks, that gave me that error, starting the game from a physical hdd works fine.
first game that had probs running from a ramdisk though.
