When you attach a microwave lens to a laser in the first slot of weapons modifiers, the tooltip window whows negative bonus and 0 dps.
This is already known and will be fixed in the next patches.

Every report is usefull, even if the issue is already known 
It’s not just his weapons. Lately I’ve had the damage disappear from the weapons when looking at them if they are installed on my ship.
Also a useful change to the equipment shop would be the ability to compare side by side with what ever item is currently in the ship with what you are looking at in the store.
