tried both with Open ports on Router and shut off firewall , no change and the netsh windsock reset didnt work either.

Same problem here. Along with my Interceptor having a mind of its own.

Same issue as well. Everything worked fine yesterday now today I cant stay connected to a game. Now it appears my ships are stuck in a battle which is does not seem to end.

hello people

I too have the same problem I have played the game over a weak now and this error has bean driving me mad.

I have DSL with the slowest speed I think thats 200-400. my PC handles the game just fine its a AMD Althlon 64 x2 Dual Core Processor 6000  3.00GHz, RAM 2.00 GB (I will add more latter on), Graphics is a Redon HD 5750 with one GHz of DDR 5 ,set in a Asus M3a78-cm Motherboard

the game runs nicely no lag at all  but this network error and some times I would lose my mouse. I would get this error almost always right before the end of a mach or wen I press a lot of keys at ones, also some times back at the hanger my ships would still be in battle and the error will happen. The annoying thing is I lose my rewords most of the time because of the Network error.

the second bug I have is my mouse will disappear at times after I die and I wont be able to pick ships or rewords en tell I restart the game.

what would help if some one could change how rewords works so wen someone DC they can still collect.

Same issue here, exactly.

Hello, Devs? Can we get some info on a work around please??

Edit: I have found the posts closed by Error where he says “Here can be found more information”. If i click the link I get

Sorry, we couldn’t find that!

Same issues here , tried to port forward the ports error said the game uses, no help. Tried netsh windsock reset didn’'t work either. Tried running the game as administrator which gave me about a 40% chance to get in a game but after a while it stopped working. (I apologize to anyone that lost because i didn’t make it into the game.) The connection tester looks just like OP’s. This is rather weird and I hope it gets fixed soon or the dev’s tell us a workaround to it …

My game is laging too much, ping going to 10000

We need the game.log as well as game.net.log from games where this happend.

Please upload them as".txt" this way we can find the problem and fix it.

Here are the logs from when i tried to play and i got that error with lost connection, and after 3 tries to reconnect it started loading and got stuck there and gave me a error which sent me to login screen. Then i tried a reconnect again and i still got the lost connection error.

[Are those ports open?](< base_url >/index.php?/topic/18457-required-ports/)

You use Port 35011 for connection into games. If this port is blocked by a router/firewall you cant join the battle.

i forwarded those ports but for some reason it seams that they aren’t open (at least canyouseeme.org says they arent working). And it’s not my isp cause when i stick the enthernet cable in my computer the game connects with no problems… I’ll still try and configure and mess with it till i’ll get it to work.
