[F]Game.exe with Rivatuner Overlay wont load.

So i realized if i have EVGA Precision X running, i cant load up game.exe

 

I would need to go and close EVGA Precision X, then relaunch game.exe to make it run.

 

Anyone else notice this?

Is this normal?

 

Can a dev answer if EVGA Precision X monitoring software is not allowed? 

 

Windows 7 64bit

It is an issue which also appears with msi afterburner.
