When this error pops up, global chat goes blank, nothing can be bought, sold, equipped, etc.
The game bascially freezes. Although the hangar background animations continue.
This seems to only happen while in the hangar.
Is a connection related problem. Simply relog to the game and it should work again. Otherwise restart.
