[F]Command decision: cloaked captain bug

if the captain of a team chooses a federation fighter as his ship and cloaks himself during battle his outline will still be visible, hence the cloaking is useless. one could always spot the ship regardless of the cloak.

I think this is intended because the captain is should always be visible, but I will check it.

The captain looks all at all times and is always seen. an invisible captain would hurt the balance

Federation specials are crap!!!

The only good special was cloaking but it doesn’t work in reconaissance…

So why not disabling specials on Empire and Jericho ships too during reconaissance???

 

Desintagrators and torpedos already ruins the balance…so what’s the prob with cloaking…?

And what about the empire attack ship specials, the overdrive? They just disble your ship and then start overdrive to kill everyone in 3 secs :frowning:

Is this balanced? Those empire attack ships shouldnìt be allowed to use disabling modules…

 

So removing cloacking is unblanced, cloacking should always work, exactely the way all the other factions specials keep working…Maybe only the team captain could be allowed to see the other cloaked captain…but maybe not!!!

why not have it like fanfulla said? the captain cloaks and disappers for normal players but is visible to the other captain… the cloaking would not be too op and not too weak
