[F] can't buy for free the 1 day license (tutorial mission)

how you can see in photos, i can’t aquire for free the license, but today, i found the old price and the quest already active and incomplete(when i accepted the quest i DIDN’T buy the license, because i want to do it today).

what i can do?

p.s. my OS is windows 7 if it is relevant
