See the Pitch feature with Alpha-Inhibitor Cheetah (75%+ Pitch axis) Rank 5 with Rank 5 Ship :

Pitch = 107.1

 

Now without Alpha-Inhibitor Cheetah =

So, where is the 75% more?

It gives +75% to strafes(a,d,alt,space)
