whenever I try to go into a battle It says “client cannot connect” it happened every time I do it

Basically I press the button to go to battle I wait their for about 5 minutes and then I displays the message “connection lost.reason: the client was unable to connect” and I checked it I have perfect internet connection and it happens every time. I don’t know what to do and I have already restarted my computer 6 times and the game
I have the same issue. It is started near 2 weeks ago. I was try to remove the game and then install it from star-conflict.com, but still get the: “client unable to connect”. Also I added star conflict directory to exclusions in my antivirus active protection file system shield. I have no ideas how to resolve it
