Engineer frigate crash

I just witnessed two engineer frigates crash into each other in warp from their gates

 

I didn’t understand the kill feed until I thought about what I just saw, and then just sat in space in awe for a second 

 

Anyone else seen such an act of random chance?

It is very possible for ships to crash into each other and die from warp gates, especially when the game just started

I had a bacon hunt start with three people on my team instantly crashing on spawn. That was a… interesting… Game.

^ Does that explain why the chat is full of bacon-related talk? But back to the topic… I’ve lagged on spawn, noticed a warp gate in front of me, and crashed. All in stop motion.

 

Now I avoid warp gates when I’m piloting my frigate.

I’ve seen captains killed like that in Combat Recon. Game start, warp gate…POW!

 

At least the game was short.
