Empire bonuses?

On the russian starconflict wiki, the empire bonus is 1% damage to main weapons whereas on the english starconflict wiki the bonus is 5%. Did someone mistype? Which bonus is correct?

They got a buff last patch.

Its 10% now, best racial in my opinion.
