yea i think we all know that somethimes or like 50% of the time you use Emergency shield it starts to heal half the shield of what its supposed to.
supposed to do 19 839 shield in 20 seconds.
and somethimes it does half that as you can see regen shield in right corner of crosshair… we knew about this command already before they patched it away but now its in options.
so yea i bet everyone already knew this. starts healing 475 or so and somethimes it does 960 every second.
Don’t get shot while under repair and that won’t happen. Not sure if Spy Drones also affect it.

Range depends on the Recon’s bonus and the level of the module (MKI-IV), basic knowledge of the game too.

After Drones have been applied on a target it doesn’t matter how far recon goes, even if he is dead, effect will persist until Drones are gone.
Another thing that can affect DmgScroll text on a side is multiple effects stacking on top of each other, it use to be the case before where i saw multiple healing sources combining into the same line - like incoming engineer healing+self heals+passive armor, it is very rare because it had to occur in the same frame. I dont even know if it still possible
