Does the EM Torpedo have some sort of proximity fuse detonator? Sometimes Ive fired EM Torps at hunters or cybers, and noting how the torpedo manages to fly between the ships before detonating.

It’s both. There is a proximity fuse, but if it hits directly before that fuse can be lit, it’ll explode anyways.

Now the next question would be to what range is the proximity fuse set to (as in minimum proximity for detonation on a ship)

Oh he meant the trigger radius? Yeah 100m sounds right. I thought he meant minimum distance the torp must travel before its trigger radius is activated. Derp.
I’m pretty sure trigger radius is 100m. I did some testing with Zombeh.
The EM torp has a delay (as previosly noted) of 1.5 seconds, a trigger radius of 100m, an explosion radius of 500m, and a range of I think ~6500 or so metres. Mine is 13250 since I use the implant for missile range.
Do note however, the 1.5 second delay can be counteracted if you land a direct hit on an enemy ships hull, and the trigger radius after the delay is 100m from another ships shields. Be careful where you aim.
