In Jericho, the errand “Elimination” tells you to destroy the Cyber’s tracking station. There is a Cyber station in that sector that spawns and can be killed, but it does not trigger mission completion.
Instead, the message you receive from your Jericho commander in your chat screen tells you to eliminate the Mercenary. Destroying the Mercenary’s Joker triggers mission completion.
