but the way its done is not right. 

 

its just not even right to have everything mk2, and when you upgrade one of them to mk4 and waste alll that vouchers and artifacts on that and you end upp getting no difference than what it was with mk2.

 

this was t5. 

 

i dont have premium and all this money to spend on this game so i dont earn vouchers and other things so fast than others. and that it was t5 aswell, not able to waste more vouchers and artifacts than that.

Also, as Evicerator said: Check the percentages. IF a MK1 gear says it reduces by 30%, and in MK2 it increases anoter 2%, it means that it will reduce 32%, that 2% or 5% if you put to MK4 doesnt mean you will get any visible reduction whatsoever.

You don’t need anything of “premium” to earn vouchers as everyone else.

The Thing is, if you have 2 modules saying decrease in spread 30 precent.

 

that does not equal 60. so basically its a lie in general saying it decreases spread by 30 precent. this is only true with one item alone.

aswell as If a weapon has Decrease in any sort of way, by damage or projectile speed. the modules that increase this such as iridium heatsinks does not give 10 precent out of original damage and or range or whatever. so its not really good in general.

 

all modules, and or ammunition that decrease weapon power will affect extra modules and slots such as pulse discharger and iridium heatsinks cause its based on the damage the ship currently has. 

 

when the stats is negative everything is based on current stats, when the stats is positive its all based on original stats without the “bonuses”  = bullshit again. 

 

as in, decrease spread is a positive thing. so its all based on the current stats of weapon wich is 2.0 spread. but hey, 3x electronic guidance., mk2. one mk2 = 27 precent decreas spread. now 3 of those would be the same as 75 precent. 

 

and 75 precent out of 2.0

= 0.5

what i get. 0.9

with another 4 precent, 0.9

Don’t worry, it’s not actually the same, the UI rounds, the game itself does not for the most part. If you’re complaining that Mk.4 is only -2.1% spread, well, it tells you that before you upgrade, so it was your decision.

I may be wrong, but I thought percentages in this game were subjected to dinimishing returns. So 30%+30% is not 60%. It would be 30% of the already 30% or something like that.

those 2 items is the onliest adding the precentages from what the original weapon stat is without any implants, it does it with implants aswell.

 

so the onliest modules made for stacking is those 2 actually. wich is why ships can go very high on those. otherwise there is nothing else.

Nearly everything in the game is on diminishing returns. I think it was something like STAT*(1+modifier1)/(1-modifier2)/(1-modifier3), or at least in the ball park. Don’t have my old spreadsheet at hand. I remember the heating/cooling formula giving me a real headache figuring out… good times.

duck they just don’t want people stacking everything and being overpowerd I already tried the 3 stacked stuff and honestly 2 mk4s with a different 3rd is better then all 3 the same so 2mk4 and difmk4 is better then 3mk4
