Eclipse not counting as EM weapons for contracts

That’s it really. I landed both kills and assists with a Mk IV T3 Eclipse and yet got no credit for any of the kills.

The devs are aware of it, I suppose the next patch will come with the bug fixed.

I gotta say, I’m NOT surprised by this. A clear case of “not thinking things through”. I do hope this mentality will change when and IF the game is released.

I’d blame data storage in the game.  It’s probably checking against a list of weapons instead of checking the weapon and it’s damage type.  Of course if they did it that was and reintroduced weapon modifiers to change damage type you could have a kinetic positron.
