Ive seen the youtube videos, where people have a box w/ their squad mates names to the side, as well as text to the right of the shield/hull levels that show healing coming in and damage coming in.
How do you turn those on?

There’s a list of chat commands that can be entered on the sc wiki, wiki.star-conflict.com
As for squad in game, there’s no built in function. However, I believe you are viewing a TeamSpeak 3 overlay; the squad members are in the same channel on TS3. Note that this overlay is not associated with star conflict specifically.

It used to list a lot of different commands. Skula1975 edited it out a few days ago; I don’t know why. You can look at the history and previous editions of that page show the other commands.
