I have noticed if you have duplicators and are in a team battle and have the wrong rank in the battle it will use your duplicators and not allow you to reconstruct. Sad part is i only figured this out after loosing two duplicators. Any help from GM’s would be great.

I think you are talking about a situation, where you were in the squad and your squadmate had higher ranked ships and it put you in higher ranked PvE, where your ships were all greyed out. Am I right?
This is a serious problem sometimes. If there is ever a scenario where all ships are greyed out, the rank limits should be ignored and allow use of all ships. Some recruits of mine left the game because of this issue.
