It’s the Doctor Who intro tunnel thingy.
Who is Doctor Who? Is it some OWLs thing?
Well, there are multiple doctors, but he’s just one guy. Each time he regenerates, he becomes some other face’n personality.
He’s a Time Lord.
Doctor who is a British TV series about an immortal time traveller and his seemingly endless and just as pointless adventures. Oh and he’s the inventor of the quadracycle and has saved the world numerous times.
