Disintigrator damage scaling

I’ve been wondering, the Disintigrator tooltip states that damage scales with weapon level.
What exactly does this mean, is it the mk.I/II/III or ? does weapon stats have any effect?

Mk.II + 6.6%

Military +13.2%

Mk.III +19.8%

Experimental +26.4%

Other weapon stats don’t matter
