Hm…Now that means I need to actually TRY to get 100% damage? Challenge Accepted.
SQ changes are welcomed, the HUD changes are step in the right direction, but we still need additional features to be implemented.
The Kills, assists and points/synergy association will need to be closely watched. As some would assume to get a long range laser and try to poke as many people as they can! Thus, with this change however, now efforts are not to be wasted and SR is more valuable now.
Anitbus, will there be a specific thread separate from the 0.9.15 discussion solely focused on the Synergy/kills/assists issue? As it would be better to separate the things you really need to look at.

The change on the efficiency in battle is really interesting as I feel support class ship (I.E. Command and Tackler) will finally be rewarded for damage done in battle. Im really eager to see how will turn out in future games.
The HUD setting change will be awesome, to me, this is the most interesting change.

My command builds…wont feel it.
I had some thoughts about the damage. If I get a bulletproof medal and don’t die, will it affect my SR or their synergy? If I get a bulletproof and then die, how would the synergy be divided to all the attacking players? If I get out and get to full health for two minutes before taking any new damage would that alter anything? Would each player potentially get 100% synergy?
Ever thought about applying an iridium cost to changing sides in Sector Conquest?
Might discourage some of the corps from just switching sides to follow ESB around. Just a thought…
Any clues how engineers will be affected? I guess I’m a bit confused with the 100% damage ceiling. Example: Frank flies his 70K Styx into a fight. Billy deals 50% damage, and Frank regens back to 70K (100%). Frank is finally annihilated by Jack, who deals 110% damage (regens during battle).
My question is: How is the synergy split between Billy and Jack?
Furthermore, will skill rating be affected by which pilot destroys you or is it also proportional to damage received/dealt?
Sound like a bunch of good changed, looking forward to test them.

You have limit of 2 times to change side.
This sentence doesn’t make sense: “As you remember, each map has 6 beacons, three of them belong to your team, three — to the enemy. Thus, the most successful fight will bring every pilot 6 points”. ← how can every pilot get 6 points if you get 1 point for capturing a beacon? I think they mean everyone gets 3 points – and if “everyone” includes the enemy, the only way they will also get 3 points is if they capture the last beacon within a few seconds of theirs getting captured.

Because you also get a point for keeping your own beacons. Also ECM is underpowered.
