Developer assist window appears randomly

I have encountered strange problem - developer assist window that should appear at shift alt p, appeared randomly during my match. I am 1000000% I didnt even press P button, neiter hovered over it.

It appeared two times that match.

 

Logz in da attachment, exceptions folder is empty since 10 november.

I experience this Problem, too. 

Seems that the new Hotkey is not working properly. 

Please fix.

Yep, happened to me, and it pops up in the middle of dogfighting. Thanks obama.
