Destroying the Defiler!

Just wanted to upload a couple screenshots from a couple nights ago, where I wrassled up some folks to screw around in open space.

Here we see the wild Defiler in its natural habitat. When disturbed, it attempts to defend itself, but does not move from its set path.

Also, killing the defiler is worth less karma than killing a scout in the same sector (i.e., none). Ended up dropping a 60 iridium container, as well as two containers of about 100k credits total. I think. Don’t quote me on that.

I’m not entirely sure where the aggressor status came from. I didn’t hit anybody, I don’t think.

 

So yeah. The Defiler in Leviathan. Seems to have less health but more DPS than the spec ops one.

Nice for the job, shame for the rewards. I believed that “defiler” was there only to increase the perils from Levitatan, but you know. If it “flies” it can be shot down.

Amazing job, I thought it was kinda impossible to kill the defiler in OS. 

The rewards seem pretty crappy, tho.
