"Destabilizing Field" Debuff not persisting when below speed threshold

  1. When hitting a target with the “Destabilizing Field” module, the damage over time effect is not persisting.

  2. For the base damage to persist even when the target is not moving.

  3. If the target of the “Destabilizing Field” debuff is not moving faster than the bonus damage threshold (30% of max speed) the debuff will remove itself entirely rather than just cancel the bonus damage until they meet the threshold again.

  4. Upon hitting an enemy with the debuff the debuff will simply not “hold” if the target is under the threshold of 30% speed or if they go under the threshold after having met it when the debuff first applied.

This is not how this module works is supposed to deal the base damage of “520dmg/sec” when a target is under the threshold and deal an additional “347dmg/sec” if they go over the threshold.

  1. Whenever the bug conditions are met (a target drops below 30% speed or is below 30% speed when the debuff is supposed to apply).
