No.

What I meant by no, is that you can delete your account, but you can’t use the same credentials, since the deletion isn’t exactly 100% effective.
You may not be able to use the same username or e-mail and you may get the previous statistics, even if you start with the new one, or if you can, your old stats may remain.
I would need additional clarification as well on this.
