Hello pilots/mercenaries/bored ppl.
So I went to the Deflier mission several times. It all goes nice (like 7 ppl die before Mass inverter thingy) now, when that thing spawns, EVERYONE dies. How to deal with it? Sun glasses aren’t working. 
Simply be prepared, one fact is that it spawns on the opposite side of the defiler, mostly if the shields are up (but not always)
Have LRFs for it, with reverse thruster and heavy blaster is best for the job, 2 are enough. They can instant go there and shoot it down, it’s not really hard.

So you shoulda shot it down as soon as it spawns? I destroyed one with rank 7 ceptor in the new levinahththehkjasfhasl (lol) area in openspace, is it that easy to destroy in the mission as well?

Im 99% sure that MI in open space are 5 times weaker than the defiler ones.

That’s what I am thinking of as well. I was really surprised that I destroyed it so easily.
The ones in open space are much weaker and don’t deal damage. If the ones in open space dealt damage like the ones in the specops, nobody would be able to fly. But yes I agree that they are the worst thing to ever happen. If the aliens wanted to win the war all they’d have to do is set those up all over the sectors. XD

They lack the resources though, they need human organs to make those.
