I keep finding decorative art in space but I can’t use them because they are automatically sold and the ones in the tuning tab cost GS, am I doing something wrong?

for the others you are perhaps talking about rare objects to discover in open space? you have the list in “accomplishment”/open space. Each accomplishment achieved gives you accreditations points. But no you cannot have them in stock. Some are amounts of iridium which, once back at the hanger, are added to the iridium you have, it’s a chance to find some (there are quite a few in the asteroids:)
they are a discontinued object that you can still find thus why it auto sells for credits or iridum.
