I don’t know if this is a bug or some alien stuff because it’s an alien gun but I was in a PvP earlier… and a dude had me on radar at 15k  dud to a Recon, and he was firing this gun, and it slowed me down. I tried in a custom with a purpose miss – and it slowed my friend down. Without being hit. Not near explosion at all.  Wut?  ![:00:](<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/00.png “:00:”)
