Custodian DLC discount?

Just started back up with the game last week, when I last played I had gotten 2/3 of the parts for the Custodian. I read there’s a discount on the DLC for how many Custodian parts you have, but when is this discount applied? If I recall from when the mail was sent out the at the time of the discount becoming available if you had multiple custodian parts you would have received some mail with a link to the discounted page for the DLC on the gaijin store?
I mean I hope it helps a bit to answer the question but I’m trying to remember something real obscure here.
