Crew R13 Neuroconnector “Rapidus III” doesn’t work in PVE.
What ever how many bots i killed the coolddown times didn’t reduces as before.
Is this a bug or a change?
Are you sure you affected your crew to the ship slot you were using and your ship is r13 ?
Rapidus III should work against bots in PvE.

looks only not work in Captured Dreadnought. Rank 10-15. It works in open space and Operation 'Crimson Haze‘
