Cortez daily mission: Kill Predator in Base Ellydium not appearing in assignment window

I accepted the quest from Ellydium Theta hangar, and I can confirm the quest in Galaxy Map that it point to Base Ellydium.

But when i get there, there is no assignment window that point to the Predator, even when the Predator is there (confirmed wiith friend who can finish the quest, and said he also has this problem in the past).

I never had this problem in the past.

You may need to wait a little longer to respawn.

Even better, make a video and post it.
