all i see are blank spaces that i can accept but have no idea what they are because they are blank
as for the help windows they are all in russian even tho i launch in english mode

btw on vanguards there is 2 contr5acts that never get done called Close Combat and Testing Velocity r they bugged? wud be nice if they said what ther looking for o well
