You know when you do those OS contracts and in the best case you receive 300k credits,that mono,and 10k synergy,but that synergy can be useless on a full lvl ship,if it happens to do the mission on one you will get the synergy reward only on that ship,the best possibility is to earn 30k synergy in one day out of OS assignments,doesn’t sound like much but its still something,so how about being able to use that synergy on any other ship that you want,full or not full lvl,a system to choose a ship you want to get that reward for.Nothing much simpler.
While this sound really nice(I don’t like inties), but this would make leveling to easy. Especially this would make some restrictions(rank of ship) obsolete. I’m not entire against this(as you can level your ships via free synergy as well as passive gain while playing not the ship), but how much of an impact would it be if it would be so?

The bigger the lower a rank ship it would be,you level up faster,you want to grind a ship to full lvl then grind those 10 wins for a bundle faster.Less grind is better,but not too less.
Free synergy from OS missions would be awesome
From my perspective OS missions are easy. I use them to lvl T3, 4 and 5 ships… it gets complicated in T3, but its possible. For the other tiers is mostly cheesecake. I would prefer removing the rank restriction so you can complete all missions with T3 ships (and lower tiers for the easiest missions like “interact with the beacon”).
