The title explains it all.
During most of GMT +1 evenings I’m unable to play the game. I experience massive ping increases, sometimes it reaches 3k ping, with high packet loss (20-30%), on all the servers. I don’t understand if this is a server problem or if it’s my connection’s fault.
The whole thing is pretty frustrating, since that’s the time when I play the most, and I hope to resolve this issue soon.

I have that Eu server with 20-30% loss from time to time as well. Its appearance is rare tho. I think it is just one or a few servers that cause the problem. But when it pops, I have a decent 20+% loss from the start without ever going below this value.
We should test the servers and collect the results.

Come on, I think I explained everything in my post, and probably the devs don’t need to replicate the issue, since it’s a connection issue and not an in-game bug.

Still they need logs and connection tester results.
Apart that, those are the hours where the traffic goes dramatically high in Eu. So all the small connection problem your internet suffer during the day (like crowded wifi, nodes and servers) are amplified during those hours.

Seriously. Collect connection test results of those extreme servers. From time to time the used servers are reorganized so the problematic parts can be left out or be redirected or how it’s done. There is a helper somewhere on the forum about how to do it and what to look at but I can’t find it right now.
