When i hit the “Launch” button, in-game, to get on a mission, after a while, a message pops up saying “Connection Lost. reason: The client is unable to connect.”
A few words in this:
The first time I downloaded the game, it was from your site, not steam. All went fine till the end of the tutorial. I wanted to go on a Skirmish and I came across the same problem.
I contacted the support team, I used the connection test program and sent the file. After that I disabled the background processes, I uninstalled the antivirus (my antivirus, bit defender has no temporary disable option so I resorted to this) and checked some ports, you guys wanted.
After all these steps, nothing worked so the person supporting me ended up with a “contact your isp” kind of “suggestion”.
I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it from Steam.
Still everything’s the same.
I verified the files from Steam, did all those previous steps from before and even tried a fix someone suggested at Steam forums: type “netsh winsock reset” in cmd and then restart the pc.
Still nothing.
PLEASE HELP ME!! I liked the game, so don’t ruin it for me!
Same thing here… I couldn’t play for more than 4 minutes without losing connection. Called the ISP and they reset my modem but now it won’t even let me login to the game, but my internet is solid…
Yeah well get used to it. From what i hear, Russians mostly get U.S. servers and U.S. people mainly get Russian servers. You’re best off moving to Europe.

They are aware of the issue and I know it has been escalated to the Dev. All we can do now is complain alot about it so it get bumped up in the priority list of things that need to be fixed. I wish they would prioritize server maintenance and condition before adding anything else to the game.
