What happened:- Battle starts, but I cannot connect. “Connection Lost: Client unable to connect” is shown. My ships are then stuck in a battle in which I can’t participate.
Charactername:Deliberator
Nothing else is affected. Everything else works. I login, I get rewards, I can send my ships away on missions, I can chat - everything except getting connected to a battle. I click “Launch”>PvE,PvP or Open - I wait for
sometime, then that “connected” sound plays, after a few seconds “Connection Lost: Client unable to connect”. I then try that try to connect ‘Triangulation’, that too fails and leads to the same message.

you have something that blocks some (not all) of the SC traffic.
please, check your firewalls/anti-viruses. (try to temporary disable them for test)
Not only on your local pc, but also your border router (if you have one)
This traffic have to be allowed on your firewalls (local pc and border router(if it exists)):
1. from any host with UDP port range: 35000-36000
2. from your local network to any
I turned off all programs but the problem is still there.I think that is not a problem in outgoing traffic.
Now I’m looking on the net on how to reinstall the router.

I am having the same problem. Everything was working fine until last friday (06/05/2016) when the problem begun. I did not install any new software or updated.
I’ve tried the suggestions about changing the MTU, turning off the firewall and antivirus, reseting winsock and the problem persists. Hope you guys can help with the issue. Thx.
