Compensation of purchase of Bravo, Charlie and Delta crews

I am sorry, but we cannot help you with that on the forums. We don’t have information of that kind. Everything that is connected to payment, premium content and refund can only be viewed by the accounting support team. You will have to ask the support for help concerning that issue. And also ask them how to know when you purchased the crews. Here, we really can’t do anything about it.

 

The only place I know, where you can see what you purchased is the Star Conflict Store online. Log in there, and go to “My Purchases”. Perhaps the crews are listed there - but I doubt it. Though it might be listed, when you bought GS - and that date might be the same date, when you bought crews.

My account at the SC store, only shows the DLC packs I have bought there, they are all second purchases of DLC packs I purchased through steam.

None of the DLC packs I purchased through Steam are listed, nor are the countless amounts of GS purchased funded though my steam account.

 

I have every normal ship in the game, and every DLC ship in the game, I have purchased countless GS though steam, surely it is not reasonable to expect that I am lying, that I have to prove I made an ingame purchase that I do not have a record of ? Because a record is not provided.  This makes for a very confusing situation, and one that almost says if I cannot prove I made the purchase, I must be lying ?

 

 

All I am asking for is where to find a record of my ingame purchases ?

 

If I cannot look at such a record, how can I be expected to provide exact dates ?

I learned long ago, that whenever you buy something important, it’s good to make screenshots. Steam snapshot - F12 can create them.

I usually put them on USB drive in case of any data loss. This way you could save yourself and the others a lot of time, especially when you need to provide evidence/proof, to support your claims.

I also document all the sales, which are tied to GS currency in general.

  1. Steam send a receipt to your registered mail account for every transaction including the purchase of GS, you should have received a receipt for every transaction you have made.

Its the customer responsability to keep his receipt and thats how business work in brick and mortar store as well. It should be very easy to provide what they asked from you.

Unfortunately, your assertion is incorrect, whilst I DO have a record of every transaction in steam, and in my paypal account, which I use to fund steam purchases, the record stamped only states “wallet credit”, it does not say for which game or what transactions you purchased in the game.

 

Any and all steam purchases, of in game GS, will only state that, they do not state you purchased GS, (although, as GS is all you can purchase for use in game, that is a trivial matter).

 

My bank account/debit/credit card that is used by Paypal will only ever say “steam”, so again, that is not useful, as it does n ot show what I used that GS purchase to pay for IN GAME.

ALL receipts for in game purchased in steam are in my steam account, so I DO NOT have to keep anything extra.

Say for when you started a Corporation ? or when you painted you ship ? or bought any in game premium ship ? Refunds should be out already. At least I know a lot of pilots, who already got them.

Yes, the best course of action for now would be to wait a bit and give the support team a chance to deal with the issue that some player are experiencing. Give them some time, they said it will be refunded so it will be :slight_smile:

I was merely trying to find a way or give you idea on how to try and provide what you were asked for. For now you should calm down and just wait a bit, to me this is a normal process when issuing such a massive refund. Dont worry, we will do every thing we can to help you get that refund. :fed001:

I am merely trying to show that the i nformation asked for by support, to support my claim for a refund, is not reasonable.

 

I could no better remember what I had for breakfast six months ago, than I could remember the exact date I used my in game GS to purchase any of the crews that I did.

If you used steam, go to your account details. you can see your basic in-game gs transaction list, while it doesn’t show what you purchase with the gs, if you purchased something on the same day which you gained the gs, just fire a couple of days at them until you hit the end of the list.

I got my refund, now I own all crews too :smiley: since I am rank 15 in all factions. Thanks devs, I didn’t even ask for a refund, but I appreciate it a lot.

Where you say “when exactly”, do you mean the exact date ?

 

If so, how do we check that ? I mean, how is it possible to check “when exactly” we purchased anything IN the game ?

The post from Lawrence, just says players who bought them before 12th Feb 2015, it doesn’t say you have to be exact, until a later post, and even then, it doesn’t say where Gaijin let you look at this information, so you can inform them of what they are asking for.

At first don’t panic everything will fine you’ll get your GS back as we said.  :fed001:  

We transfered the refunds yesterday but this refund process may take some time.  

 

When you contact the support you don’t have to know the exact date but at least the month of purchase will be fine. 

 

Unfortunately, there is no option to check the date of purchase in game. Try to check the dates of patches where the crews appeared etc. It might help you to remember.
