Client is unable to connect when trying to engage, more than 50% of the times

I’m about to give up because of this annoying problem. Im logged in the game, hit Launch then Engage (no matter what server I choose), it shows Searching then Triangulation and when it seems the battle will start it keeps counting seconds and the shows “Connection Lost. Reason: The client is unable to connect”. I click on OK button and it shows me a confirmation message: “The battle isn’t over yet. Do you want to return to battle?” If I say Yes, it tries to connect again but it never happens, you can keep there trying to go to the battle but it is time lost.

I have to wait until the battle ends to try again and it is very likely that it will happen again, at the moment it is happening more than 50% of the times, so after two or three times in a roll I quit and go to play War Thunder which I can play without any problem at all.

It is so frustrating, I am almost sure it is not on my side, I have a 5Mb cable connection, a Win 7 64 bits with 16 GB in memory and NVidia Graphics card, etc.  I can play War Thunder perfectly, I have checked the ports with the IsMyPortBlocked service and all are open.

Please help, this is totally frustrating and I’m losing motivation.

It can only connect to the server at 91.230.61.170 and it’s never able to connect to 5.153.37.199 or 5.153.37.200.

 

It would be great if I could specify which servers I want to connect, but even better if the game was smart enough to discard the servers it is not able to connect and to recheck from time to time (a dynamic servers list).

 

Hope this can help to solve the problem and that I didn’t lost my time doing all this, it would be the end.
