Client connection error

Hello dear society of Star Conflict.

I am writing this topic to ask you for some advices with my problem. I saw such problem earlier and I did how support reccomended me to do.

So my problem is that when I try to Join PvP, PvE or Open Space I see error which says: Connection Lost. Reason: Client couldn’t connect.

I wrote about that to support and they lead me to topic where was explained what should I do to solve that issue. When I tried the step with MTU value that didn’t helped as I still had that error. As attachment I add screnshots of my ping command in cmd.exe(warning I am Pole and my Win7 is in polish) as well as contest result. I hope that you will be able to give me an advice what else I might do to solve this problem.

Skula I did everything how was there written and nothing helped :frowning: I was changing MTU value, my PING test was good. Nothing helped :frowning: I am thinking about one thing to check.

That tests can help for check internet channel from your PC to our servers. We can’t help without tests results. Sorry.

Skula, I did those ping tests when I started to have that issue(that’s why I added those screens of the Ping test and MTU test). And I know nothing what is wrong :frowning:

try to reset your network stack by opening cmd.exe and from there entering command: netsh winsock reset
then reboot your pc and recheck. 

If after that the problem persists, post your latest game.log

Edit: sgdmitry, I still have that error :frowning: Your advice didn’t helped me :frowning: And with being late I add that log file from yesterday.

I can not connect to server.

In the first window on top rigth appears “Server:OFFLINE”

After clicking on “PLAY” in the next windows, on the Left bot side appears: Server status: Offline

Under “Login” button there is writed: “Unknown server version.”  or other times “Server status: Server not responding”

When I click on “Login”, after a while it appears a message:  Lost connection to server   Reason: Failed to connect.
