Main (top left or press Esc) > Settings > Audio > Enable music (turn it off)
I have it set off and it is still playing O_0.
That’s because it’s in your head… you’re insane, sorry 
Turn off the music?
With or without music enabled, it’s still there. You’ll have to deal with it.
