I have bought elite ship Kevlar HA, but I cannot transfer free synergy from this ship to another ships.
It was clearly staded “ELITE SHIPS ALLOWS FREE SYNERGY TRANSFER”, but I cannot do this.
Am I doing something wrong?

They allow synergy transfer, but not for free.
And you have a small misconception:

Elite ship is ANY ship with all the levels of synergy reserached. It allows you to accumulate synergy and transfer it to the free synergy pool with gold. Also all elite ships have a synergy gain bonus.

Premium ships (like the kevlar Ha) They are bough with gold and by default they are elite (they have all the synergy levels researched) Aside from all the benefits of an elite ship, you have a bonus income of credits and synergy. you also gain 20% of free synergy, isntead of 5% like any other ship. Finally they have no repairs, making them farming ships.
Only the free synergy is useable for free.
The rest of the synergy you accumulate, has a GS cost attached if you want to transfer it.
Free synergy is listed below normal synergy, in the top centre of your screen, when you click on any ship in your hanger.
