I’ve gotten the maniac medal in pvp battles on rank 15 ships twice, but the mission counter still reads 0/3.
I stopped at Rank 20. You know, it’s a safe zone, a comforting one.

Check now. Quest should be completed but not closed. You should close quest and account rank will be increased.
I have the same problem.
Got 10 kills on Tyrant and does not show progress.
Still 0/3
In any case if I have more than 100 medals for that just gimme the rank thanks

Maniac medal count is updating and i have 1/3 of level up, but what about the previous ones that did not?
