buy a mercenarie pack and do not receive the 30 days licence

hello,

 

everything is un the title.

 

i bought tonight a mercenarie pack i receive everything exept my 30 days game licence =/

 

i still have a licence wich it stay 12 days

 

so i will have 42 days but only 12 appears.
